Flying High Futures
Behaviour Hub
What is the Behaviour Hub?
Flying High are delighted to be designated by the Department for Education as a Behaviour Hub. Behaviour Hubs support school leaders by helping them to create calm, safe and supportive environments with pupils in schools and ready to learn.
This means we can support to schools, partner schools and trusts by providing expert help to improve schools’ behaviour cultures.
The Behaviour Hub programme is a one year programme of support for schools, with the option to extend for a second year if needed and a two year programme for MATs. It is fully funded and can be accessed in a number of streams as outlined below.
Streams
Core Support
Designed for schools who want to work more independently to improve behaviour culture within their school.
Extended Support
Designed for schools who would benefit from one-to-one support, ongoing coaching and mentoring from a Lead School
Multi-school support
Designed for MATs looking to develop new behaviour approaches across schools within their trust. Includes the opportunity for Extended Support for a school within the trust
